Our Domiciliary Care Service

Our domiciliary care services offer care and support in your home by a professional Carer working to an agreed care plan. Your carer may visit you once per day or several times, each visit may vary from 30mins to many hours depending on your needs. It can be short term which may entail assistance after hospital discharge or long-term if you need continuous support.

You are at the centre of your care and you are in charge of the care and support you receive. We ensure you have full control and can make informed choices. It is our priority to deliver our services in the context of the life you or your family chooses. We recognise the importance of family members and friends so we welcome their contribution to the care planning process.

Your Care plan

Your Care plan will include the tasks you want assistance with and when. There will be detailed instructions on how your Carer will carry out the tasks. The care plan will be maintained, assessed, and updated according to your visits logs completed by your Carer during each care visit. Our Care management will monitor the care being delivered to you to ensure that you are getting the care you need.

What we do

Companionship

A carer will be selected that has a similar interest and personality with you to ensure a genuine connection between the two of you. They are there to have a chat with you, participate in your hobby or escort you to a social event.

Housekeeping

Having a hard time keeping the house tidy due to age or illness? Our carers are there to clean up your home. Be it sweeping, dusting, or vacuuming, we are here at your disposal to ensure your home is homely, safe, and neat for you.

Laundry

We do all your laundry from your clothes and bedding. In addition, all laundry done will be ironed and packed neatly into your wardrobe or respective places.

Shopping

We do all your shopping or accompany you whilst you shop. This also includes collecting your mail, posting parcels, or collecting a prescription.

Cooking

Using your dietary requirements, our carers will prepare nutritious meals for you to ensure that you are staying healthy. We can also cook for you when you are expecting guests so that we can lessen the burden of hosting friends or family.

Personal Care

We provide discreet and sensitive personal care such as bathing, dressing, shaving, and continence.
